Just like any relationship, it pays to be choosy when you’re looking for a financial advisor. It’s not just about the services they offer — you want something that feels right. That’s exactly what we’re looking for too, so, you might say we’re pretty choosy ourselves.

If you’re tired of playing games with the big names in wealth management, we might make a pretty good match. But before we talk about commitment, let’s get to know each other first.

The better we know you, the better we can help get you on the right financial path.

Where are you in life?

It all starts with a conversation

We know how stressful it can be to meet with a new financial advisor. You show up at a featureless gray building and sit in a drafty boardroom with people in suits and ties. Pretty professional, but not very welcoming.

Market Street does things a little differently. Whether it’s at your dining room table or a café, our first step is to connect with you person-to-person — not client-to-business.

The nitty gritty financial stuff comes later. For now, we want to meet your family, see pictures of your dog, and hear about the vacation you’re planning. Because once we get to know the real you, we understand where you really want to go financially.

And once you do visit our office? We promise you’ll find yourself right at home. What you won’t find are those stuffy boardrooms.

Full Transparency

Transparency is the hallmark of any great relationship, especially when money’s involved. So allow us to be fully transparent — we care less about the market dipping 10 points, and more about your upcoming trip to Tuscany. And we’re a lot more excited about your kid’s graduation than we are about the latest cryptocurrency.

At Market Street, we tune out the noise so we can focus on the big picture: how your money can contribute to the life you want to live, today and for the long haul. You’ll always get our honest opinion about your financial options, even if it’s not what you want to hear.

And that transparency goes both ways! If something we suggest sounds suspicious, speak up! If you don’t agree with our recommendation, challenge us! When our relationship is based on mutual openness and honesty, we can work together toward your successful financial future.

It’s about more than dollars and cents

It’s been said that people are more anxious to talk about money than almost any other topic. It’s natural to get sweaty palms when you’re talking about something so deeply personal — especially when the way you handle money lays the foundation for all the things you want to do in life.

Any savvy financial advisor can see the number side of things, but Market Street knows the emotional side of money matters, too. More than anything, our goal is to help you build a plan for your future that helps you sleep easier at night — even if you aren’t quite ready to talk about it with friends or family.

The dollars and cents will come naturally in time, but the most immediate perk of working with us is comfort and confidence that your money is working toward a strong financial future.

Let’s talk shop for a second. At Market Street, each and every one of our advisors are Certified Financial Planners™. That’s more than a fancy title — it means they’ve reached the pinnacle of achievement in the world of financial planning, and they’re uniquely qualified to give you a level of service that you won’t find anywhere else.

That’s pretty impressive… but if you ask us, we’re just as impressed by the people they are outside of their 9 to 5. Our crew is made up of awesome parents, avid sports fans, dog lovers, foodies and everything in between. They’re the kind of people we’re proud to call co-workers, but we’re even prouder to call friends.

You’ll meet our team in person, but you can check out their online profiles if you want to do some snooping ahead of time. We bet you’ll have a lot in common — you know, beyond just rooting for your financial success.
Meet Our Team

Choosing a financial advisor is an act of trust. Even so, there are some things that you should never entrust to your advisor — like complete control over your portfolio.

Registered investment advisors like Market Street always work with a custodian, which is a financial organization where your accounts will live. Market Street has the limited ability to invest your assets at your discretion, but at the end of the day it’s your name and your name only on your account. It’s for your own protection.

Our custodian is Charles Schwab, so that’s where your account will live. You might need to log into your Schwab account every now and then to e-sign documents, but outside of that you’ll deal exclusively with the people you know and trust at Market Street. The financial advice, the investment strategies, the dad jokes — that’s 100% us.
