Doug O'Neill, FPQP™
Senior Operations & Investment Analyst

Operations and investments
Data maintenance automation
Reporting process automation
Swim, bike, fish, ski, repeat. We all know that Doug is a master of investments while he’s in the Market Street office, but he really shines when he’s in the great outdoors. When he’s not dressed in a sharp button-down with our clients, he’s rocking a great tan from all of his time with Mother Nature.
Broad Ripple Park is always a great place to walk laps — but it’s a great spot to swim laps in the warmer months, too. During summer you can find Doug getting a workout in the park’s outdoor pool.
When it comes to swimming, Doug isn’t just a doer — he’s a great teacher and coach, too! We haven’t checked, but we suspect that chlorine might just run in his blood.
You can take the man off of the mountain, but you can’t take the mountain out of the man. Doug hung up his skis and poles for a few years, but he’s looking forward to hitting the slopes again this winter after the long hiatus.

Non-financial advice from

On swimming
“Let the water do as much of the work as possible. When you keep more of your head and body in the water, it takes less of your energy to keep you buoyant.”
On ‘70s music
”Check out the band Budgie.”
On food
“Grab a slice of plain cheese pizza from a great pizza spot and just appreciate the flavor of the sauce and crust.”
