Jared is dad to Rex and Eli and husband to his lovely wife Jenna, but staying active has always been his first love. Even as a kid, Jared basked in finding a great deal so he could save his money and see his piggy bank grow. Once he learned about the impact of compounding interest, he was hooked on finance. He took a tax course, joined an investment club, and read every article he could find on personal finance. His financial planning career was born.
Jared feels like he never has to “work” because he gets to spend every day helping people in a subject that he loves. He joined Market Street in 2014 after kicking off his career in the tax department of a large, national firm. He’s thrilled to be able to work with our dedicated team, applying his skills to help support our clients’ financial security.
Jared holds a B.S. in Accounting, Finance & Business Administration from Indiana State University. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Jared gives back by serving on the Young Professional Advisory Board for the Scott College of Business at Indiana State University, as well as the Plainfield Optimist Baseball board.
